My name is Fatima El Hajj, and I am deeply passionate about child development, positive parenting, and empowering families to create nurturing environments for their children.
My passion for supporting families started with my work in humanitarian settings, witnessing the challenges parents face in raising emotionally secure children. Combining my educational background in Social Medical Work (LU), Social Development Engineering (USJ), Parenting Coaching (LAU), and Orientation course for 3-6 (AMI). I founded AnaWtofli to empower parents through effective strategies, emotional well-being, and developmental guidance.
My expertise in Montessori approaches, social development, Capacity building, and coaching allows me to offer holistic solutions tailored to each family's unique needs.

How it all started...
Anawtoflii was born from my deep passion for child protection, positive parenting, and coaching. With over a decade of experience working with parents, children, and professionals, I’ve seen firsthand how the right support can transform family dynamics.
I wanted to create a space where parents feel heard, empowered, and equipped with the right tools to navigate their parenting challenges with confidence.

My vision is to help parents, caregivers, and child protection professionals build strong, resilient families capable of overcoming challenges and fostering emotional health and growth.
Mission
As a Parenting Coach and Child Protection Expert, my mission is to empower parents, caregivers, and professionals to create positive and lasting change in the lives of children. By providing personalized coaching, comprehensive workshops, and practical tools, I aim to enhance the effectiveness of child protection systems and equip families with the strategies they need for raising happy, healthy children.
Through my services, I strive to:
